Qualifications & Background

I have had over 20 years experience in personal development and holistic well-being. In 1993 I trained as a physiotherapist but wanted go deeper into the causes of illness and pain so I trained as a Reiki Master, an NLP practitioner and a Timeline therapist before discovering and training in EFT Level 3 and TAT. I have also trained with EFT Master Tania Prince in Inner Re-patterning and Inner State Re-patterning which enable clients to resolve issues very deeply whilst allowing them to stay dissociated from any intense emotion.

In an ever-changing, hectic world I find peace and confidence through my use of EFT. There is so much ‘out there’ that takes us away from our own centre. Let’s face it, as hard as we try, we can’t prevent problems from occurring, we can’t control the behaviour of others and we can’t stop life from changing around us. But we try. In the end, pleasing others can become more important than trusting our own instincts and feeling good. Before we know it we are left with feelings of stress, frustration, worry, overwhelment, confusion or pain. Worse still, we can resign ourselves to, ‘That’s just the way life is.”

But how do we take control of our thoughts and feelings?
You’re about to learn how to rapidly change how you think, feel and act now and for the rest of your life. You are about to learn about the elegant transformative tool that is Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT. You may have seen Paul McKenna use a version of it on his TV Show, “I Can Make You Thin.”

What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique ) is a simple and amazingly fast ‘tapping‘ technique. By lightly tapping on certain acupuncture/acupressure points on the face, head and upper body, astonishing events begin to take place.

This ‘tapping’ process quickly and easily activates your body’s own great potential for releasing virtually anything that’s “wrong” with you.

Like acupuncture and acupressure, EFT uses the body’s energy meridian points. When you stimulate these meridian points simply by tapping on them with your fingertips you literally tap into your body’s own energy and healing power.

Be prepared for change!

I don’t know if you are like me but I am embarrassed to admit that when I first saw the ‘magic’ that is EFT in 2001, I ignored it. I watched ‘Richard and Judy’ as 3 people, who were terrified of heights, did a simple system of tapping for about 40 minutes before being lifted high into the air in a crane without so much as a palpitation!

Fact is, I didn’t value what was simple; I was looking out for something more complex. My belief was that it just couldn’t be this easy. I regretted my cynicism a couple of years later when I personally experienced the elegant power of EFT.

I’ve now lost count of the number of phobias, panic/anxiety attacks, traumatic memories, guilt, grief and physical ailments that have been relieved (often in minutes) by this procedure.
